Here's the recipe for a simple and easy Veg Kurma recipe. I'm a big fan of Chapathi and Veg kurma that you get in south Indian veg restaurants. If we happen to go to such restaurant for lunch, I always order chapathi. I'm not a big fan of veg thaali that we get there.
Like me, if you are on the look out for good side dish recipe for chapathi or appam or Idiyappam, try this. It's a good recipe with readily available ingredients. When it comes to gravy side dish, we prefer a thick gravy, which is packed with flavour and this fits the bill perfectly.
